Produce Dreamweaver Template by enhancing existing website

Dear designers We are a property selling and consultancy company. Our existing website looks rather amateur and we wish to add another couple of property categories ("new arrivals" and "ready properties under 90,000") however we think this will make the website too overcrowded - too many buttons to choose from on the left. We wish to have a new dreamweaver template created, we do not with to change the entire site, in particular we wish to keep: 1) existing layout where buttons on left and content on right. 2) yellow background 3) existing logo People interested in this work should attach a draft proposal (screenshot) to us. We will choose the winning bidder based on this screenshot as it shows you are interested in working with us. We think maybe the property searching, even if just the new "new arrivals" category should be mentioned on the homepage content too. We'd like a recommendation on this. We'd also like the template to include css for the basic tags such as for formatting text, p, h1, h2, h3 etc. Our website is www.creteproperty.co.uk.
