We are a Telemarketing company that specialize in Mortgage Lead Generation for Live connects and batch leads We are looking for a system that allows our telemarketing agent to enter the details of the leads in real time and once the lead is submitted online our mortgage Cleints must be able to see the lead information real time Our Database table for the leads is already build as well as the the database table for the Clients and Telemarketers is already build we have an existing application that is already build we need someone to get it functional if it is to complicated to get the existing application functional then we are open to the idea of looking at a new application that allows us to track and enter real time leads online Exisitng experience in having build such a Mortgage Lead Generation website will be very desirable The programming language preferred is ASP backend Microsoft SQL server or else MS Acesss ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
