454450 help with row addon in oscommerce

we have added 3 new rows in oscommerce webshop for newsletter. so people can check if they want to receive those. when updated the row is updated to 1, like normal newsletter. i got that part already working for create account, but in account_newsletters its giving me headache , because its using javascript function checkBox which is normally for 1 option. and i need 4, also the checkboxes seems not aligned in 1 line. so need help with this so that when checked an option, and press button the proper newsletter is updated Only bid if you know oscommerce!!
