BHO (browser helper object) URL refresh based on keywords

BHO I require a program written in Borland C++ Builder 6 ( with EXTENSIVE commenting) that will refresh any url in any open IE browser window, that 'fuzzy' matches a list of words in an array/list) ie. [login to view URL] will refresh to [login to view URL] because the? url "[login to view URL]*"? exists in an array or list inside the application. The browser should only refresh once for the same domain. ie. [login to view URL] could refresh to [login to view URL] but if the person stays on that domain, no other refreshes should occur that interrupt normal interaction with that site. (I have some VB code that accomplishes something similar) I must be able to add my own urls and what each one redirects to, and then recompile the application. I have some code started on this, mainly a string wildcard comparison header file that can be included. Application should also take advantage of [login to view URL] (open to suggestions for a better method) This app is to have no forms and should run as silent and as undetectable? as possible on all windows platforms (excluding 3.1x, NT) ie. a smart teenager should not easily be able to terminate this running application. Main Points: 1) Must be well commented/documented 2) Buyer should be able to add urls to match to & what each matched url redirects to specifically 3) Must refresh urls in any open IE window 4) Urls refresh only once 5) Compiled exe should run on Win 9x/2000/XP (not in taskbar or beside clock, as undetectable as possible)6) Should reasonably work with future versions of IE 7) Should install as BHO (dll) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
