Mobile Minute Count project for Meral

I need a new module similar to my CID Count module that counts minutes from a Mobile CLI. The module needs the following fields: Name: (Identifying name for this configuration) Max Minutes/month: (Value determines "Destination if minute count <= X:" or "Destination if minute count > X:") Monthly Count clear Date: (Date of the Month when Minute count is set to 0) Max Minutes does not need to cut calls off mid call. Max Minutes only needs to be concerned with value before call not after. There will be simultaneous calls from CLI. Just check balance minutes before call on these too. Must allow for multiple configurations within Module for different numbers. eg 1 config can be 900 minutes clearing on 5th of month. another can be 800 minutes clearing on 20th of the month. Allow for February 28 days. If date is 30th, on 28 or 29 February should clear calls for 29 or 30th of month too. Urgent project required by 23/12/2009.
