Please read the attached file for program requirements and details. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE READ AND CAN CODE FOR EVERYTHING THAT IS DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED FILE. If it is apparent that this is not the case, your bid will not be considered further. You must specify in your offer if any part will not be included, otherwise it will be assumed that all details are deliverable. All necessary templates and report outlines will be provided. Feel free to ask for clarification if necessary, or propose ideas on how things may be better designed. Coders with logical and practical solutions as well as creative ideas to improve our design will be given extra consideration. We will not accept any bids for greater than $6,000 on this project so if you’re proposal will be higher than this, don’t bother. Along with your bid, please include a sample of previous code (along with any examples of past work if you wish) that you have done in the format you will recommend for this project. We require that our code have COMMENTS and therefore would like a similar sample for reference. We will not accept any program that does not include comments. ## Deliverables Both the style and functionality of the program are very important to us and we will want to have input into each step of the development of our program. If you are not willing to meet at least the following requirements, don’t bother bidding: 1. An initial timeline of approximately when each part of the program will be finished broken down at least weekly 2. Daily updates via email 3. Weekly summaries and comment on any variances from above timeline 4. Screenshots and tester applications for all parts of the project as they are completed 5. Must be willing to make both functional/logical as well as aesthetic changes to above mentioned screenshots and test programs Coder MUST be willing and able to put up a Coder Deposit Guarantee either 25% of the bid offer or $1000, whichever is less, as a guarantee that the project will be completed within the agreed upon time. Certainly coders who volunteer to put up a greater percent of the bid price as CDG will be given extra consideration, as it indicates a greater interest and commitment to our project. We have already been burned by one coder who took the job a nd did not finish it, which wasted months of our time. We cannot afford to have this happen again. The RAC FAQ states that the CDG will be put into escrow and returned to the coder upon completion of the project as agreed upon by the buyer. Failure to finish the project as agreed upon will result in release of these funds to charity (not to us, the buyer) and coder’s loss of said funds. We request this mostly to make sure the program actually gets finished and is functional within a reasonable amount of time from the deadline, not necessarily to hold the coder to the exact deadline date. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code (WITH COMMENTS) of all work done. Should be able to upload to folder on already functioning ASP/db driven website. If configurations are necessary, please make sure they are well documented and preferably done through web config form. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
