Income tax returns filing website

Hello, First of all, this is going to be a tax returns preparation and filing website for india. Therefore I would prefer if the coder is from India. With that said, anyone from outside is most welcome if he has the idea of what he needs to do. The website would require a user to register, log in, fill in all his income details and would generate an XML according to the norms laid by the Income Tax Department of India. Further to it, there would be an option to download this XML for the user or even download the Acknowledgement Form (Form V) or Computation Sheet from the website, but that would only be after paying certain amount of money. Therefore this would also involve Payment Gateway integration. Further, if the user wishes, he could also submit the ITR to the IT Dept of India. This is something that needs to be looked at. I am not sure if this could be done, but I guess IT Dept provides some Webservices that could be consumed for this purpose. I would like to discuss it in detail with the interested candidates.
