297729 simple php job

Hi.... i own the script used on [login to view URL] and fro some reason when tring to run the installation file which sets up the db tables it does not work. I mean i have used this install file 30 times before with absolutly no problem and now all of the sudden it does not work. Personnally i think that this is a server problem becuase this server is different from ones i used in the past see the install file at: [login to view URL] click the contiue button and it does not work. anywbody who can fix this let me know
