19601 Proof of concept - simple site

This is a simple proof of concept/prototype project. If sucessful, it may mean further work in the near future. I need a simple website that will 1. will allow the user to register and log in 2. upon registration, an account will be created on mysql, and a folder created under the web root for that account 3. Limit the size of the folder account to 10mb 4. it is multi-language (inc. russian and chinese) 4. when logged in, display the folder contents and have the following options: a) create login for other people to have access to same account and be able to login to website. (so, one account have many users) b) create subfolder, upload files, delete files It is important that the user is not allowed to pass the 10Mb for the disk space. Please note that this is a basic site, so no design is needed. (Linux/mysql). Also, I may need help to install the script in order to test on my localhost. If you have experience of this, please bid and tell me how long this would take. Once again, Depending on the outcome of this there may be further work.
