This project forms part of a whole project and was originally posted from my client. I have since taken over the whole project myself and have taken charge of this element of work too. I have therefore added it to my account. THIS PROJECT HAS ALREADY BEEN AWARDED PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE *** KONSTANTININ** I have an upload script which uploads .zipped demo files to my webserver, I allow visitors to download these files before they buy the full versions. What I want now is to create a dynamic .pdf order form based on their account details and the details of the file they are downloading, I would then like the .pdf file to be added to a folder along with the file they are downloading and then .zipped. This way all they do is sign the .pdf form and fax/email it back to me and then I email them the full working file. The .pdf file will have to look like an order form, I will provide you with a template of the form. Also please note that the .zip and .pdf actions will have to be created using 'classes' as I do not have access to my webserver to install pdflib etc. I look forward to receiving your bids.
