Web developer with Google Maps and Geo Targeting experience

Qualifications Extensive experience in Analysis and software/web/database development Strong written, verbal and analytical skills, with proven working relationships with staff and clients on all levels Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills 100% understanding of Google Maps API and Geo Targeting ads. Skills needed AJAX, SQL, HTML, XML/XSL, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Jquery Project will be an online directory to help visitors find vendors according to their search queries and the results will be displayed both on a map with custom icons and a sidebar. Each web page will have space for vendor ads and the ads will be displayed according to the users ip address. I need to see a WORKING example of this. I also need 100% communication through online video such as Skype or other. Both of these are very important to me.
