Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) We are looking for assistance with a custom yet basic CRM for the use by Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers, Mortgage Brokers and Escrow Companies. We prefer the development to be done within CakePHP (v. 1.3) as a separate application. The developer must be very comfortable with JQuery, PHP and MySql. Requirements- Contact Manager. Ability to Add new customers via manual entry or CSV import. Name, Phone, Email, Address, Properties Interested in, Source lead, Occupation, Photo + user Flex Fields. Status tracking. New Lead, Customer was called, Transaction created, Customer emailed, Appointment set, No longer interested. Tasks / Schedule. Show a daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. (Ability to accept a web response from other internal applications as well) Note management with reminders. Email - A basic email management interface w/ custom templates. Reports - Ability to perform general reports showing statuses, transactions, estimated revenue potentials etc. Ability to manage leads from external sources User Permissions should include Admin, Owner, Broker, Sales Person, Assistant. We have designers and basic CSS layouts available. All of the user authentications and user management components have already been developed.
