High End Architecture and Real Estate Photo Editor

We are Perth, Western Australia's largest Real Estate marketing company, servicing over 1000 Real Estate agents throughout Perth and the South West. We provide marketing options including photos, video, floor plans and personal marketing to Perth’s best agents who need a marketing edge in a competitive market. Currently, we're pushing our photographer to a high-end market and require a photo editor that can deliver amazing quality edits that are really next level. These edits are required to be sharp, bright and brilliantly balanced, we are not interested in HDR or an average real estate edit. The successfull aplicant will be able to achieve the following for us: - Manual blend up to 12 images per final if need be - Be amazing at Photoshop and Lightroom - Have years of experience in this field - Edit images that are bright and crisp without looking fake and over done - Remove unwanted items like, pool cleaners, power cords, fridge magnets, bins, water stains and anything else that deters from the image looking amazing - Remove reflections - Edit in blue skies inside and outside - Edit twilight shoots that look really well balanced, vivid and sharp. Again we do not need images that look over edited or fake - Edit images that represent true colour and consistency - Deliver images in 24 hours and have a 4 hour redo period. (this is a must) A successful applicant can expect 6-12 final images per shoot with up to 5 shoots a week at this current time. This will be expected to grow as we expand this product to our high-end clients. Jobs will be charged on a per image basis.
