Photo editing for scientific research

I am looking for a highly skilled freelancer for photoshop and photo editing work. I have 20 person photos with full body shot image in white background. I would like to manipulate the person's weight status for a scientific research study. The persons in the original photos look like normal/typical weight. For each of these pictures, I would like to create TWO sub-versions: (1) thin/ slender female photo; (2) heavy/overweight photo. The edited photos should look similar in terms of perceived weight status. To accomplish that, each of the body parts should be retouched -- including arms, legs, and torso. Also, the edge of the photos should remain sharp, so that when presenting the image, it doesn't look like a manipulated image. Here I attached two images: (1) an example of raw image; (2) an example of weight manipulated images. Ideally, I would like to complete this project in 2 days.
