Simple Line Art Drawing (Outline) of Photos/Images - OnGoing

I manufacture cards which require cut lines on them which follow the outline of images or portraits. The lines need to be distinct (no shading) / complete (no breaks) and which begin and end either on another line or back on themselves. Simplicity is the art here whilst still retaining the likeness of the image or the portrait. I have attached a master image and a line drawn of that image to give you a clearer idea of what it is I require. This is on-going work. I have also attached an image that you may convert to an outline drawing like the example provided. Please submit your outline work of this photo (man in hat) as a simple out line art image.
