Greetings, I am looking for somebody who can edit my current patent draft, (which is mostly completed) to ensure it is completed to the required standard. It also requires the drawings to be done for it, which shouldn't be too difficult with it being a fairly basic design. The project is of a biological nature as well so knowledge of this subject may be advantageous. Also if you are able to adequate patent searches as well that would be great as I may be needing this done. I look forward to your bids and working with you if you are succesful! Thanks

I am a registered patent attorney with the USPTO, Reg. No. 51,313, and a former patent attorney employed by the USPTO. I have prepared applications and obtained patents on behalf of clients for dozens of inventions, in various technological areas, including mechanical devices, chemical processes and materials, optics, food supplements, etc. I will do the followning: (1) review your draft patent application and edit as necessary to meet the requirements for sufficiency of disclosure / written description, under Sec. 112 of US Patent Act and Art. 83 of European Patent Convention. (2)I will also edit and advise as to compliance with the requirements of unity of invention under European and US statutory and case law. (3)I will prepare 2-3 drawings, simple, for the application, conforming to the drawing standards of the USPTO and WIPO. I am also able to perform a search of the prior art, both US and international. However, from your description, this is not included within this bid, though I would appreciate the opportunity to bid on such work in the future. Similarly, without a patent search, no guarantee can be made as to your application's compliance with the patent requirements for Novelty and Inventive Step/Non-obviousness. My bid is for US$300, with 30% initial milestone. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your invention. Thank you for your consideration.
