I need someone to hand-paint stencils

I have two binders made of cardboard (by Muji), and need someone to hand-paint the titles, using a stencil I will supply. The total text size is 6"x2.4". There are 13 letters, each 1/2 inch tall. It's part of a presentation for a client and the lettering has to be flawless, so I need someone experienced with stencil painting, which is close to a dry brush technique I guess. No drips or smears are acceptable.
