From the project description, it is pretty clear that you want to have customer group discount module installed and tested. Regarding the second change, can you show me a sample of the data you currently have and want to import to the oscommerce system ? there are standard modules that help you with the import. However, the data you provide needs to be changed to match the format. sometimes it is easier to change the format and sometimes it is easier to create a new script in itself.
