convert html into oscommerce template

HI, i had a project up here for an oscommerce template customisation, unfortunately the guy who bidded didnt understand and created an html version of the design, all the colors and design work is perfect, it just needs to be translated into the oscommerce template from the html files, so i can install it at [login to view URL], i can only pay up to $40 for this, please bid if: 1. You can do the project as stated 2. you know how to create/modify oscommerce template (i will be uploading the screenshot of what he has done later)
