Product Manager Oilseeds - Iberia

Increasing populations, changing economies, and limited cultivatable land are significant factors driving Pioneer to use the broad application of plant science to improve the value generated from each field.   In order to strengthen DuPont Pioneer team in Spain and Portugal, we are looking to fill Oilseed Product Manager position     Major Responsibilities  Elaborate and propose the Marketing plan for Sunflower and Oilseed rape for Spain and Portugal, including protocols and action plans and support the Sales Force in their implementation in the sales areas.  Being the linkage between Research and Sales to understand the needs of the market to be explained to Research for product creation, and to explain to sales the products proposed to be exploited in the different sales areas.  Visit all Research and Sales’ trial network, in order to participate actively in the product advancement and positioning, managing all relevant performance data for decisions.  Design, participate and get conclusions on Market studies related to the product lines managed.  Elaborate proposals of Price and Commercial Terms during the life cycle of the products.  Elaborate the plans of production and sales forecast (SDII) and the life cycle of the products in the products lines managed.  Know, establish relationships and manage the business activity with End Users.  Visit and support Sales teams, with distributors and important farmers to follow up promotion efforts  Provide technical advice, training and guidance to  Area Sales Managers and TSS JobProduction & MaintenancePrimary LocationEMEA-Spain-Andalusia-SevilleOrganizationPioneerEducation LevelBachelors Degree (±16 years)Employee StatusRegularJob TypeExperiencedKey Requirements EducationBachelor of Science or Master in Science degree in Agriculture.
