I am an engineer too but not in web tech. For the above web app, I want developers who know: MongoDB(NoSQL), MySQL (RDMS) ReactJS, AngularJS, Web services/microservices experience, Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, Tomcat I am not a company, nor an NGO. This is a self-funded project to help the poor. The first phase is short -- shouldn't take more than a month, maybe even less. If successful, there will be multiple phases that may last years. Looked at your post. It is good to have some idea about the concept in order to share some of my work. As you already dividede the project in variou phases so let's talk about the first one. Just curious to know what kind of design and features do you want on the same? Is it possible to share a detailed list of your requirements so I will review it and will get back to you with some concrete solutions? Skill-wise, I am looking good. I have great expertise in MERN/MEAN stack technologies and I have done some of the benchmark applications for my clients. I will share my portfolio once we connect on a chat.
