I will complete correctly to move all data to Mongo on GCP, and build admin dashboard for all data management. I suggested Timeline and Budget by milestones in my proposal. And I can work on one of GCP, AWS, Azure. I have ever worked with all them before. So I can host on any of them. And I can use MERN or MEAN stack. I prefer the React. I have worked with both GCP and Azure before, and no the hosting service used should not matter. 3. I suggest using MEAN stack. MERN can also be used, depends with what you want to go ahead with. 4. The creating the MongoDB in GCP will be the first Milestone and the price would be $150 AUD and should be done in the first 5 days. The next milestone would be creating the Admin Dashboard and the fixed price for this part of the project would be $ 200AUD and will be done in the next 7 days.
