I deal with Proxmox professionally, locally, externally and for my own personal setups. I can accomplish what you're asking for, although beware of the difficulties of updating all of these systems over time. Ovirt is another FOSS solution that's a preferable alternative for this kind of clustering that has methods of automating updates of the hypervisor between nodes. That said, I love Proxmox as well and can complete the task.
