We are looking for a basic mobile app to shoot a picture and upload the image with gps coordinates and comments to remote server. Required modules: 1. User Registration With Email and Phone Number Verification 2. User login module 3. User upload picture & optimise, comment 4. User history 5. Tracking current location (GPS) 6. User information 7. Push notification Notes: 1. Should be built on ionic framework(not ionic 2.x). No native apps. 2. Server API should be PHP based(code igniter or cakephp) 3. Server database should be MySQL 4.
