Update a MERN Reports Project -- 2

We have a currently running project that collects data from users. We are working on a reports dashboard for this project that is already underway but requires the following to complete. 1) Enable filters on frontend: The filters should work on all pages, filters on the backend are working. 2) Show the totals for vehicle selection data on frontend graph 3) Calculate costs for the different vehicle types to show in the graphs 4) Calulate cost for different regions and display in the different charts 5) Show cost comparison between between the regional average cost, and a certain organisation cost. 6) implement export of reports to pdf via pdf-lib or a similar pdf package (optinal) Enable cache on backend and frontend
