Build a 4 screen app for showing data in the xls. Screen mockups are included. These are just mockups expect you to make better UI. The data xls is included. This file can be converted into XML and will be store with APK. No APIs. The 1st page uses list from column A . on tap the second page shows all the details in a template from column B to E. This is a small school project so shoe string budget and expect 1-2 day turn around.

And it will synchronize each time when you restart app. It is very usefull, because you don't need to change app for data changing. Just open you spreadsheet online, change something and open app!
