Hello! I'm going to use Eclipse IDE with ADT. It is already installed and tuned as far as I support some Android projects and deal with ADT every day. My suggestion is to make this app in two Android activity: one is for settings and the second one is for displaying numbers. The same as Raffle Draw but with different colors and your own icon :-) Do you have any special requirements for Android version/device? Should I publish this project on a Google Play (just for you of course)?
