This is a small project as the application is web-based. Code a webview application for iphone and android that will launch a fully webbased application. Keypoints: Custom start button with app logo (provided) when connecting loading screen must show the application logo (no splash screen!) screen rotation is disabled login information (username and password) from the website must be stored locally in the app. (>web-based login is only required on first time use of the app!) App must submit system information to webserver when started (app version, plattform). In case of no connection to the internet a custom error screen must appear instead of the default one with the URL. Custom error screen comes with logo (provided) and reconnect button. the app must allow to download and upload data from the website. The URL and its query string to the web-based application can be changed in the source code (>variable) at anytime. Full source code has to be delivered. All code copyright remain with the contractor.

Depending on what you need we can use custom JS that would be ok everywhere, but would always need to be adapted for every client. Or if you need a mobile app written with JS we can use IONIC Framework. There is always a combination between them. The only thing I expect from you is working/half working API where I would need to send data and help to understand what product are we building so I can help your business grow.
