Sample Android app having some functionality

I want a sample Android app. Must have the following functionality. 1. No need of great design. 2. Must included the toggle button (On/Off) 3. If toggle button is on - Floating button (Like facebook chat head) and having Text title below that and must be shown at the lock screen and must be draggable. If user click on that then simply open the activity. (Still device is locked). Simply bypass the locked screen to open the activity. if user press back button then it must be in locked state. If toggle is off - hide the floating button from lockscreen. 4. Must be show floating button on lock screen if the device is restarted. (Service must be implemented). 5. Code should be simple so that fresher can also understood and must be well commented.(Code must be provide to me at last) 6. I think some of device will kill the service when we clear the recent app, you must recreate service for such type of device (Eg. Mi Phone, Huawei, Xiaomi ) Budget: $10-$15
