User Activation using PIN number
Company Supply Chain (company representative in market, company employees, product retailers, customers) can share feedback, raise complaints about a company product
With Feedback/ Complaint filing >>>
Actual product images can be uploaded [Using front/back camera]
Actual location of the person can be synchronized [GPS]
Invoice images can be uploaded if required [by Camera with readable compressed resolution]
Selection for type of defect [Defined in product profile]
Barcode/batch code scanning [1d barcode EAN13/EAN14/code128/2d/qr] of product can be done for automatic to redirect user to product profile page
Auto manufacturing location/product selection [GPS] or Manual selection of manufacturing address.
Push Notification on filed feedback by any user to on mobile.
A user can view a list of feedback/complain raised and reply by the concerned authority from a company.
