Restaurant TakeAway application (stand alone)

READ THIS FIRST: I dont pay attention to 1second biddings without reading the content of my requirements. I always see people bid instantly when a project is posted without reading the actual project. I will ignore such biddings! The case: We have a small business (take away restaurant) and we need an application so people can order what they want trough the app and later come pick up their order. Requirements End-User: - Application has to work fast and smooth - I could draw some design to give you an impression of how it should look like - Application should notify and decline orders if restaurant is currently closed - Application should be in 'Dutch' (i can provide a translation to any text you want) - After selecting the products the app should ask for a name and phone number, then notify the customer to come Take-a-Way his food in 30 minutes +- -App should generate a unique order-ID for every order Requirements Administrator: - Ability to add products - Ability to change prices - Ability to modify existing products - Ability to modify working hours (restaurant open/closed) Requirements Application System: - Ability to instantly (automatically) print a receipt trough a printer when a new order comes in (should also be possible to print same receipt 2x, one for us and one for the client) - Should have a few categories on the main screen (Drinks, Snacks, Meals ..example) entering a category should open a list with all the products in that category. - App should calculate VAT % tax for the food and leave that on the receipt too I might be missing something but in general this is what we want. We can provide a specific server if you request. This app shold be an actual application and NOT a converted website. Let me know if it is possible and a estimate price.
