Project Icarus 2

I would like an app that give users an overview of bars/cafes/restaurants and other similar establishments that have seating and serving outside, and can show the user how sunny it is at that specific place. The conditions will of cores change during the day and the app needs to show that with a simple graphical simulation over a map, showing how the sunlight would “hit” the bar/cafe/restaurant or other similar establishment. Surrounding conditions will also affect how sunny it is. Weather conditions needs to be included. The app needs to show the user to the location of their choice. I would also like to tie in reviews from Tripadvisor/Yelp and other similar review services, and give user the option to rate the place based on how sunny it is and general service. The user needs to be able to sort his/her choices based on current location, review and how sunny it is. The idea is to give the user who wants to sit in the sun while they enjoy a beverage or something to eat, more information about their options. I want to limit the app to Oslo, Norway, for trial purposes.
