Mobile and tablet development Ios

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Native application developer android and ios adaptable to all types of screens.. mobiles and tablets. The applications are based on a web already developed and whose Api will be provided as required developer, for both web and share my database and information. The operation is as follows: a user uploads a photo with commentary and links to different websites and other users can evaluate it with a series of emoji icons and comments. Each user can only rate it once every picture and there will be a count of ratings. Users can publish post, follow other users and be followed. The main screen has three tabs where the latest pictures uploaded are displayed, the pictures uploaded by users I follow and selected by the admin outstanding. Delivery design screens will be made in the absence of any adjustment in some of them and adapt to different screen sizes. The design should be the same. Some code already developed and apk android will be delivered with the operation and design of some screens. The development time is two months, one month for each platform, starting with android. For each week of delay in delivery 10% of the total will be deducted. The price will be paid for work delivered by dividing the same in different milestones: ui design, database, desarrollo..etc A milestone will not be created until you have delivered the last. The budget for the two applications must be between 350 and 700 euros. Maintenance is included for six months at work and upload it to the android and ios markets. Apk delivery is required every three days to keep abreast of progress. Budgets will not be negotiated, so please send exact quote.
