Make me application

I am posting project for the second time. Awarded freelancer doesn't answering my messages. If you want to be payed more than I wrote in project description - DO NOT BID! Budget is 15- 50 dollars (milestone payment!!!) I don't have API, design, or anything else. Only if you can make this, contact me and bid. I would like to have app that isn't published on google play store or anywhere else and that is not violating copyrights. There is many app on play store similar to this one that I want, but I want simple app that actually works (not as many scams on play store). App should track online status for some contact on WhatsApp, even if user is bloked or the tracked contact hide his online status. There should be report on the right side that shows to user when the tracked contact went online and offline and how much time he spent online. Also, I expect your support for updates, bug fixing or any other issue at any time. This could be long term cooperation, and I have some other projects in mind, so if you do job well, this could be good start and opportunitie for future projects.
