I mainly want developers who would like to work as per my conditions. I'll award the project after the 25% project is done. I'll create first 25% milestone after 50% work done. 25% will be done after 75% work completed. Remaining 50% will be done after the work completion. There should be online payment gateway to be integrated. There should be buyer panel and dashboard. There should be beautiful menu and logo developed by designer and developer. Source code will be our property. Server we will provide. I want an Android App for Smart Home Automation. Using our app, users should be able to control electronic gadgets connected with our app. Will show you reference app, u can take idea from that. In our App there should options to control Shop/Warehouse Shutters : Up - Stop - Down : Bluetooth Controlled (Low Power Bluetooth) Swing Gates: Open - Stop - Close : Bluetooth Controlled (Low Power Bluetooth) Voice Control: Using Google Voice Recognition Api AC Control: On/Off, Temperature Increase or Decrease, Timer Set, (Complete AC Remote Functions means when user select AC on mobile App, it should show the complete functions of AC Remote) Lights Control: On/Off-Dimmer Water Geyser: On/Off, Timer, Auto Cut. Water Motor: Connected with sensors and hardware (Auto On-Off at the time of Water Supply comes, as soon as sensor trigger the app, it should immediately respond to switch on the motor or switch off the motor) TV Control: On-Off, Timer, Auto Cut, Reminder of favorite shows or movies on App. Refrigerator Control: On/Off, Temperature Increase or Decrease, Timer Set, (Complete AC Remote Functions means when user select AC on mobile App, it should show the complete functions of AC Remote). Blinds/Curtain: On-Stop-Off.
