easy webview fix - easy money!!

Hello , I'm a developer with not so much experience, I have made a webview application with help of a professional developer and I got some problems with it, and the developer had left. The problems are 1- when an ICS user tab somewhere the screen responds with a bigger area (I can explain more in private) 2- The developer made a text dialog with an OK button and now the button disappears when I edit some text 3- The developer have made (RATE THIS APP) dialog with some buttons. The dialog have 3 buttons how the buttons should work B.1 rate this app(take the user to the app in the market and the dialog should dissapear for ever) B.2 No thanks (the dialog dissapers forever) B.3 Reminde me later(the dialog would show agin in a week) what the developer have done B.1 it just take the user to the market and the dialog dont dissapear even if the user clicks it B.2 the dialog dissaper for the moment, but it shows everytime time the user opens the app B.3 the dialog is showing everytime the user open the app. 4 - web page flickering in ICS versions(I can explain more in private) 5- Make sure that Flash is enabled in webview (I have already done that , but I want to be sure) Just to reminde you that the is already built the only thing to do is to change some codes and I'm sure that it will not take so much time.
