I need an android app which will do the following; 1. display splash screen with logo for 3 seconds 2. enable wifi & connect to specified WPA2 secured wifi network (details will be provided) if network not available display message saying out of range of network. 3. once connected to specified network open a webview activity to display a website. if website is unavailable IE returns an error, load a alternative URL.
