POC FOR WINDOWS 8 APPLICATION - 1 Hour WORK

I need a POC for windows 8 application. If this POC looks good I can offer a big budget work for windows 8 application. The POC requirement is as below. 1) Just show an image as splash screen when application launches 2) After Showing splash screen . Next page should be an external website. You can display the website in a web view. But should not contain address bar. It seems to be application page itself. I will give the image for splash screen. and Sample application icon. This needs only less than 1 hour as i am also a windows developer. This job post is for finding right person for my big project. So. I need this POC Demo today itself.
