Job Requirement An exciting opportunity to be part of a new dynamic company, develop the most modern solution using cloud, mobile and wearable technologies. We are looking for an entrepreneurial mobile and database developer with dazzling technical credentials but who still seeks to grow exponentially thanks to a unique opportunity to lead development of a cloud based mobile and wearable app. The successful candidate is required to have significant experience in iOS and/or Android, database, cloud design & development, and API/web services for developing a groundbreaking mobile app and wearable tech solution. A good degree and any certification will also be an advantage. Skill Set Required We are looking for the following skills: * an ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment * previous experience within an fast-pace and dynamic environment * ability to work unsupervised and lead its own workload * Creative in coming up with algorithms and solution to solve problems * It is expected you will come from a startup, new media/digital, IT Services or Technology provider. * A solid understanding of OOP and design patterns * Minimum of 4 years experience in database and backend development * Minimum of 4 years experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Node.js * Minimum of 3 years experience in developing for iOS using Objectif-C and/OR Android * Experience/understanding of cross-platform technologies such as PhoneGap or Appcelerator * Minimum of 2 year experience working with API’s and Web Services * A good working knowledge of Github * University degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Mathematics / Engineering or equivalent but suitable experience will be considered too Personality Traits The suitable candidate will bring a creative and analytical approach to problem solving with a solid background in a mobile and cloud development environment. The successful applicant will have most of the traits and experiences listed below: * Demonstrable experience of designing and coding a data-driven mobile development project. * Ability to take a project through from conception to completion. * A meticulous eye for detail. * Problem solver and 'Can Do' attitude (very Important) * Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise tasks. * Experience of working in a busy office environment and strong interpersonal skills. * Pride in a job well done.
