We want to create this app for the iPhone, Android and mobile web browser. Customer Mobile Application 1. ME Tab All Rewards deal, discounts …. that can be redeemed by the customer 2. Nearby Tab: a) Refresh via GPS every time the customer pulls down the screen . b) List all the nearby Shopkick vendors and how you can earn points in their stores (walk-ins, scans, rewards, deals etc.). c) Customer has to drill down to each individual store to see the options to earn rewards such as : • Scanning products: Earn points walking into a store and scanning certain products listed in the app. • Use a deals, gift card or store discount 3. Favorite Tab : Shortcut to the stores that the customer mostly likes to access quickly their offers. 4. Rewards a) Redeeming gift cards: Customer can see which gift cards are currently available and select the “Redeem” option. They are digital, so once the merchant redeems a gift card, it will show up in ME tab . Customer shows them at checkout and ask the cashier to scan them in or enter the gift card number for online shopping . b) Customers can also redeem their rewards for cash-back rewards, gift cards, or other promotional rewards. Merchant Application 1.
