Make an iPhone App for me

I need someone to create an iOS app for my business. The app should be functional and professional. The app should also follow the branding of my business. Please message me if you have any questions. I like to create a iPhone/ IPad App. I have a 13 Restaurants and two chains. 7 Restaurant Burger chain, 6 restaurant Chicken chain. One and they suppose to do 6 daily, 3 Weekly and 2 monthly checklist at restaurant in Daily, weekly and monthly basis. For example, We open a restaurant at 10 AM, That App must be completed before opening. We want that this app should only be available between 9 AM to 10:00 AM that opening checklist must be completed. So if the miss it by 10 AM it don't let them to do the check list. and it show me in reports as uncompleted checklist, Also they do daily temperature and reading on those checklist, and we have electronic thermometer that can be linked to any device and give you accurate reading, Temperature, Scan Code, RFID. So I want in my main office I get the reports on all of those restaurants divided by two groups Burger and Chicken. (Also it should have ability that if I add any more concept I can add more groups, people) I also want to see any exceptions in red if some thing in danger like product temperature suppose to be 175F and above and it showing 120F. Or if the cooler temperature suppose to be 40F or below and report showing cooler temperature 50F. SO if these exceptions reports show up we can dispatch a technician to fix the problems at restaurant. Recap: 1- iPhone/IPAD Application 2- Do daily, weekly, Monthly Checklist and those checklist only appear during schedule time. 3- Capture some of the Data from Automated Temperature/RFID/Scan data collator and insert that temperature info it to checklist. 4. The Backend reports should Ability to add multiple Concept, Multiple Restaurants, Multiple companies, Multiple users
