Simple gallery app

Hi guys, I am looking for some experienced android developer that can build a very simple android app. This should be gallery app, allowing users to browse funny/meme/quotes pictures. Users would navigate left and right by swiping the picture or pressing left and right button. Also push notification should be implemented (notifying users whenever new images are available) Please PM link with references (play store link etc.) thanks Dan
