Need highly skilled team to create tracking iOS/android apps and website!

I need a highly skilled person or team to create a network of 1) universal iPhone/iPad app, 2) android app, 3) full website (with mobile view as well). No UI work necessary, I have a designer from 99designs so just need someone to focus on the code and programming. 
Here is the concept: users will create an account (or sign in with Facebook, google, twitter, etc). They will track themselves and get points based on their success. Users can then redeem points for certain things. Users will also be able to share and interact via social media in the app. The successful candidate or team must: Be able to prove that you can create bug free apps that do not crash Have worked with user accounts before, including log in with Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc. Be familiar with reminder and accessing a user’s music library from the app Know how to use smart app banners on the website to promote download of the app Be able to optimize the website for mobile users Show me that you can complete the app quickly I have a number of opportunities to expand and would prefer to continue working with the same person/team over that time if you can show me you make quality, bug-free apps, and won’t raise the price unnecessarily.
