Mobile App for Glossary of Professional Terms, Version 2.0

I am looking for an app developer to create a multi-lingual glossary for iPhone/Android. This glossary app was originally developed a year ago in English only but now needs to be upgraded to include a French version and meet the most recent iPhone specifications. You can see the original here: [login to view URL] I was pleased with the work of the previous developer but they are too busy to take this project on right now. Note that I do not have the original source files. Everything is in Excel, as per the attached. I would like to use the same logo so that does not need to be designed.
