Convert Oracle 10g Database to SQL Server 2014 Database

hi, I am working with oracle and sql server more than 6 years experience. I have working with oracle 12c , 10g , 11i database. 1. Are there good tools for the job? SSIS ,JasperSoft ETL 2. What are the biggest problems? 1. Data structure : In that issue with different data type , size. 2. Data load. 3. Other objects have to manually change : triggers , functions , procedure , packages as per destination database. 4. Testing method for data migration is completed 3. What has your experience been with this conversion? More that 4 yrs.

First I wish I could attach my resume. to continue I worked as an ORACLE DBA, Data migration and linux administrator at a bank in france. with data migration I did the following 1. Oracle migration of data from different versions 8i,9i to 10g 2. MS SQL 2000 to Oracle 10g (DTS SSIS) - issues ( data type formatting. I resolved by using scripting and documentation provided by business analyst) 3.
