Hello! I never worked with that, but from what can I read from their API, it is actually a method to post and get data from their server. We can protect an MS Access part by compiling it into ACCDBE. If you do not find anyone else with experience with Cryptolens, let me know and I'll give a try making it. I have looked at the Cryptolens API and can confirm that they do not support a VBA interface. You refer in your proposal to the VB.Net library which is NOT compatible with MS Access VBA. The API interface will need to be developed to talk directly to their Web API3 using JSON. I have done a lot of work with web service APIs and have expertise in both the REST API and SOAP. I have discovered that this is something of a black art in VBA, because most of the support for web services is in the .NET platform. I have seen many poor VBA implementations, which fail because they rely upon text matching the returned data rather than correctly parsing it using JSON. I have experience and proper JSON library code for the interface. I have developed a generic VBA interface using the REST API which posts web requests using HTTPRequest and properly decodes the results using JSON. I have over 20 years experience developing applications in Access, Excel, Word and Outlook.
