Access 2013/2016 ? We can use MS Access as backend or SQL Server Express as backend. Let me know your preference. 2)Need to create a data entry file with generate a report in MS Access and to be able to capture a picture from webcam. =>Ok, What data of Recruitment you want to store into database ?
