Matlab issue with urlreadwrite when importing web data

I'm currently facing a Matlab issue with urlreadwrite in an existing (an previously working) Matlab code, aiming at importing specific web data. Very limited workload to be foreseen to fix this issue, maybe using webread. Could be done for 20 USD or less I think, as expected to be quick. Error using urlreadwrite (line 58); Could not POST to URL. Thanks.
