modify AppleScript / Automator to create text file named same as enclosing folder

I need apple automator script modified. Current script below creates a file called "[login to view URL]". I want a script to create a txt file called the "name of enclosing folder".txt and to then open that .txt file. So newly created .txt file will have the same name as the enclosing folder.
