Looking for style-conscious developers and designers

Product Brief: The product is fitted clothing for the fashion-conscious City worker. This includes shirts (with a selection of 10-12 quality fabrics), ties (with a selection of different styles / patterns), cufflinks and various other accessories. We are hoping on expanding this to offering a bespoke tailoring service (once a client base has been established) where a client can enter the details of his measurements and choose from a selection of cuts, cuffs, collars and fabrics. A total stylised professional service. Our long-term estimates foresee the product range widening considerably, ultimately however, the emphasis is on designer-cut, high-quality finished clothing. The styles and fabrics will be changed seasonally (3/4 months). Business initiatve: The inital launch (scheduled for June 06) is meant to gauge the response and build up a client base, as such, the limited product range has been selectively chosen as there is a guaranteed demand. This is likely to grow considerably however after three months and good PR. Though there are many other companies offering similar products, our products have a better finish, is made of finer materials and have a stylish fit. Thus branding, image and audience accessibility needs to meet these expectations. Our main competitor is Thomas Pink. Thus, there appears to be a fine line between over-stylising the website (something i would be tempted to do!) and not getting anywhere on the search engine (something i am not keen to do!). Naturally a hybrid between Flash and Html would be ideal providing of course that it achieves all the desired outcomes. *** This is in fact the requirement from the client. I am a web designer who is more a graphic person than a coder, and I am looking to team up with other people on this. I need to see examples of your work in this field, and looking for good hourly rates - 10-15 dollars an hour, and a good command of English is essential, as well as the ability to contact you by phone.
